Why are gas prices rising again?

Gas prices dropped over the last several weeks from 4.29 down to 3.41, but I noticed just over the last 3 days it has gone back up to 3.89. I thought releasing our reserves was supposed to lower prices? Now what's causing the escalating prices?

Lucky you. Didn't you see a 40 cent change overnight the day before Easter? The reserves were a smoke and mirror scam...
