Who makes ac-delco plugs?

I was looking for new plugs for my car today and one of the options was ac-delco rapid fire plugs. Last I heard they went under so who makes these plugs?

Last I heard they are a mixture of Autolite and NGK.

The rapidfire are probably either Autolite or mabye even older stock that was still made by Delphi, as they are not a real hot seller.

Denso makes many of the high dollar, platinum 100K mile plugs for AC Delco.

NGK made them on our 2002 Suburban. They saaid ACDelco and NGK in smaller letters. I replaced them with NGKs and they looked identical.

NGK makes most of them from what I understand.

I was told Denso made the iridium plugs and the platnum's. the copper delco's were autolites.
Was also told the Motorcraft plugs were autolite's, but there's no physical/visual proof that I can see. The motorcraft plugs I have look like the NGK's to me.

My Delco iridiums were stamped "NGK".
