My shop is 30 x 54 and I used the UFO lights. Very pleased with the results. They are vey bright and there is no delay.

I like 4K color for the house but 5K for the garage. I installed a bunch of can lights in my garage. Not the absolute brightest option out there but looks very nice in my opinion and is still quite bright.

Yep, each can is 14 watts. So less than 4 amps in total.

Your house but pretty sure that is not to code. I can see 21 pots. Maybe a few more not in the pic. Most places code is a max of 12 cans. Good luck with it.
