The stories and explinations that Calvin's dad told him always had me in stitches. Aside from the genious dialogues and stories, Watson was a gifted artist. Some of the panels he drew and painted were amazing, like when Calvin creates the universe (a pile of little snowmen to stomp). Sadly it was the shrinking size of the space the newspapers allowed that frustrated him.
