Who has their winter tires on already?

I usually try and wait until the beginning of December, I've got a two wheel drive truck so four sand bags in the bed are part of my set up.

Not me. Don’t really get enough snow here to worry about it. All the tires on our cars are all seasons.

They do in my book. What are you using? I'm shopping all weathers for the new Jetta now.

all season, all year , as much salt they use on the roads locally you are hard pressed to find any use for snow tires

I just put the new ones on last week. But I leave them on all year.. Don't drive the car much in the summer and I can't wear them out anyway from use. They always seem to last about 5 years and start cracking.

I normally use Nokian... but a deal with the local tire chain was too good to pass up, so I'm running Michelin CrossClimate 2. I hope they are good in packed snow going downhill.

Once the snow starts falling here in Wisconsin I wouldn't want to be caught dead without them. People who think all-seasons are "just fine" are nuts.

Just swapped out 12 All seasons for 12 Winters, 2 days ago (8 VikingContact 7's, 4 WinterContact Si)

4 WeatherReady's WERE going on my Accord until serious sidewall cracks changed my mind. They will be replaced with WinterCommand Ultra as soon as dealer gets them in. Excellent assistance from Goodyear customer service and Goodyear dealer. For now the Accord rolls on the Pirelli P7 plus 2's. If it snows before the new ones come in I can park it and take another vehicle since daughter is at school.

Agree 100%.
Snow tires have saved my rear end countless times! and i'm sure many time that i didn't realize it.
You will get some here i'm sure that have driven a lifetime and claim no use for winter tires and scream that there all seasons are the beat all of tires ! to each his own i guess , i won't go with out them.
