Going to do spark plugs soon on my JLU Wrangler with the PUG 3.6, at 102k now. Going to keep the OEM coils and upper intake gaskets. No oil leaks yet so won't touch the cooler/filter housing Orings. For spark plugs, I'm used to NGK being OEM on Jeeps, but looks like Champions were on this one. Was planning on NGK Laser Iridiums, but should I go with the OE Champion Iridiums? Looks like none of them are pre-gapped to the right gap so either way I'll have to adjust.

Thanks!

I used OE Champions, don't see a reason not too. I also wouldn't even worry about the gap it's .001 smaller which is going to widen up as they wear.

I recently installed NGK Laser Iridium 9723 in my 2016 JKU. Runs just fine.
While you are at it, replace the intake manifold gaskets. I used Fel-Pro gaskets.

I was reading that the gen 2 pentastar has reusable ones.

I don’t know about that. However, after over 75k miles mine were noticeably deformed. It is quite a bit of work to get to those spark plugs and I didn’t mind spending the extra $53 to refresh the gaskets. I would have waited until 100K to change them, but I had a CEL for an open injector circuit, so I replaced the injectors, plugs, gaskets, and coil packs too. Bonus: replaced the lower intake with PUG intake and 8 hole injectors. At the time, the PUG injectors were about $30, and the JKU injectors were about $130!

I did the plugs in our 2014 T&C last spring. I installed NGK Laser Iridium's (high ignitability) from Rock Auto. I removed what I suspect to be the OEM plugs which were Champion's. I haven't noticed anything except improvement on 10 year old plugs... Picture in the thread below.
