Which high mileage oil for me?

Here's a used oil analysis of Castrol GTX HM 10w30 in a Honda Castrol GTX HM 10w30

i'm no expert but just looking at the wix seems heavier,better made than the purolater.mabey i should stick with the hm gtx.also a little off topic but i never thought i'd see the day
castrol gtx is 4 cent cheaper than havoline.
