You should see how sketchy my local cheapo station is: Was a Chinese food restaurant that burned down so they bought a utility shed from Home Depot with just enough room for the cashier and reopened the pumps with the ashes still in the parking lot!

Food 4 Less for me, and I'm not even thinking about it, other than the "wow I can't believe anyone would go to Mobil at that price spread" types of thoughts.
Just for fun, the math on the fuel I've burned in the Camry (6000 gallons over the just under 200,000 miles I've driven it) says I would have saved $4200 over that time with that spread. I think that's easy math, and I'd rather have the extra thousands in my pocket. It's probably close to $5000 with the cash price differential factored in, which makes it even easier math!
To be fair, it does get TT sometimes (QT in Omaha, or the odd Phillips 66/Sinclair/Shell), and I throw a bottle of Techron or two a year in. But it's had loads of EPA-minimum gas, from the likes of Casey's, Baker's (our Kroger), and Kwik Trip.

I got Amoco 89e5 with the TT+ supplied sticker for $2.69/gallon. Though I bought Shell 91 e0 only toptier not

It depends. Is the Kroger station Top Tier? If yes, I'd go there. If now, I would be looking for option #3.

Costco is not the cheapest gas in this area either. Usually fast trip beats Costco
Costco is by far cheaper in my neck of the woods. $2.34/gal when I filled up last Thursday. Top tier fuel also.
If I had a car that needed gas, Costco would be my first stop.
I mean if I look now it’s still near the bottom in pricing.
But what is amazing is when Costco opened their gas station here gas prices at most of those other stations dropped like 0.30+ overnight.
As you can see a few of them are still very proud of their gas haha.
