At my work we use AUTOZONE, and NAPA for the napa machine shop, their guys are top notch. Who makes autozones duralast suspension parts? I have used them at work and on family and friends vehicles without issue. What parts store do you folks use?

Real AP stores like: Sanel, Robbins or NAPA. Sometimes VIP if going to a big box. Never AZ if I can help it though I have purchaed soem ACdelco ( non-Ecore) filters there.

If I'm not in a hurry, I can get OEM parts cheaper than most chinese junk parts from Rockauto.com

But if I'm in a bind, I go to Advanced usually. In my town, we got Advanced, Napa, Autozone, and ORileys all within a 1/4 mile of eachother.

Each store has their own niche for me. I usually get my parts (anything from brakes, distributors, suspension, etc.) at Advanced. I try to stay out of AZ. ORileys usually carries the better oils and additives.

Napa can get me anything, if I'm willing to pay. They are usually quite a bit higher than the other three.

But Rockauto has the best deals I've found.

I buy a lot of my parts online. If I buy locally, it's from Advance Auto wih discount code, NAPA or Carquest.

For projects that can wait I like to use rockauto. If I need something immediately I use Autozone. Been using Duralast for years without any issues. Not amazing but good servicable parts

There is a NAPA near me, but they dont seem to have what I need most of the time. They do have a good stock on filters and oil though.

Advance Auto with discount code.
Rockauto if I'm not in a hurry and ONLY if I can get all my items from 1 warehouse. I refuse to pay double shipping if the parts I need are in 2 different warehouses!!

Depends. We have a CarQuest locally so I shop there if I need something in-town, or if I'm buying a battery, for sure.

The city I work in (35 miles away) has a few choices, but I go to Advance Auto first, then NAPA second. Never AutoZone. They've treated me rudely more than once, and once was too many. From a counter-guy to the manager-lady. Sad customer service. They cater to the Mexican crowd.. and I don't mind that, if they treated me right, too.

O'Reilly and NAPA for chemicals, but dealer or out-of-state dealer for everything else. Oh, and Fast Undercar for brakes.

If I am not getting OEM parts from my work or the Volvo dealer next to mine, I usually hit up IMC. For oil I will hit up Wal-Mart when I am down at the one in Oxnard cleaning them out of ammo. We hav an account with O'Reillys for used cars that I will use if I need something cheap where quality is not required.
