Which Amsoil Auto tranny fluid?

i would like to change the tranny fluid of my 2000 honda civic dx, non-vtec. but i dont know which Amsoil.

Manual or automatic?

Manual transmission gets Amsoil MTF syncromesh 5w-30.

Auto gets the Universal Automatic Transmission Fluid.
