It would have been IMSA. Since it was '93, I'd bet that the car doing the most "buzzing" was one of Dan Gurney's All American Racers-Toyota Eagle Mk III GTPs. Man, that was quite a car...

It's kind of funny how the guys who drove electronic cars with twice the tire, twice the down force, and half the weight, fare in a stock car. Here's a hint: they usually spin out a lot and can't drive a loose race car.
