Where to get the beta ratios for fuel filters

The product lookup site at Wixfilters.com doesn't show beta values, as does the Baldwinfilters.com or Fleetguard (Cummins) filters. Yet, their tech data sheets all spout how important beta values are vs. "nominal micron". They have it for their oil filters (at least Wix does).

Where can you find these values for the various common fuel filters?

Thanks,

Al

[And why isn't there a fuel filter area???]

I'm figuring that the multipass test is not performed on fuel filters. It makes sense in an application that filters (potentially) 5-10 gpm to do a multipass test in a 100% recirculatory environment, but it's pretty much a moot point in a (mostly) one pass filter that's filtering 2-5 gpHour

Most fuel filters that I've run across are 10um or lower. 10um appears to be the standard for most, while a "secondary" filter can be as low as 2um.

Most fuel filters are paper elements and thus in the 30 micron range... CAT claims 2 microns for its diesel fuel filters but, again, it is a paper element and no way a 2 micron beta 200.
And no, no one quotes beta ratios for fuel filters... Again, as they are all paper elements, it is rather academic at 30 microns +/-...
