Hello All,

I was going to change the PCV valve in my Buick today. Alas, I couldn't find it on the engine. (You can laugh now.) Car in question is a 2004 Buick LeSabre with 3.8 V6.

Thanks,

You have to remove the engine cover. On the passenger side of the engine near the middle the valve is located under some kind of sensor that you have to twist off to access it.

Its under that thing near the alternator.

Its pretty simple, make sure you clean it out really well after you take the valve out and don't loose the o-ring. Done it on the girlfriend's Grand Prix a couple of times.

OT: Most of my cars dont have them... German cars from the 80's/90s. Just breathers into the intake...

Thanks for the help.

The new valve I bought (Purolator) was cheaper than a can of carb cleaner, so I am just going to change it.

After I get the intake manifold gasket issue cleared up, that is.

Peace
