I had to laugh when I saw this house being built to the proper zoning laws, it is the thinnest house I have ever seen.

Why even bother at that point. The space is going to be so small that its not even practical.

Of course it's waterfront property. I'm glad the town is enforcing their rules fairly and didn't allow some rich guy to just do it wrong then buy the permit after the fact. It's fair for the neighbors; if the land had more land, it would have cost more.

they said the lot was aprox an acre.
Could be just a guest house. Maybe the big house is next door, or the other side of the camp road?

Maybe he’s building it out spite to block the house uphill’s lake view due to some dispute?
He could have friends on the lake, and now he "on the lake too"??

I wonder if they can hang a deck or sunroom off of it. Maybe the foundation can’t be any closer than x feet to the property line. I can appreciate spite but it seems like a lot of work for an almost unusable house.
..better get it done before zoning changes if the wrong person sees it..
