When/where do fuel additives get added?

You are actually the "master" of exaggeration to be honest. Lol. I have seen several of your posts and you have no credibility in my eyes.
 
Besides Kschachn, if you keep talking about people like that using pede words like peddling one day someone going to get what's deserved to be coming to you.
