When should I change out SpecForm MTL-P?

I have a six-speed with a mix of brass and carbon-coated synchros, with helical-gear limited slip. Specialty Formulations' MTL-P is spec'd at 75W85, recommended for Honda transmissions.

This car is driven daily (a touch over 20,000 miles per year), seeing moderate amounts of aggressive driving and WOT. I've lightly grinded gears at least twenty times since putting in the MTL-P (terrible, I know). Transmission shifts just as beautifully since the day I put it in, except after overnight cold soak.

So I've been using it for about 24,000 miles (extremely pleased), and I'm wondering how much longer it can go before draining. I will do a UOA when I do, but I refuse to sample it without draining it. This is because I don't want to pay for two UOAs (once mid-interval and once at draining) since Terry's services are a little expensive. Also, not having a UOA done at draining is not an option; I'm way too OCD to accept such a proposal. Thus, I would like some opinions on a safe mileage at which to drain/sample. A balance, if you will, between wasting fluid by changing out too early and damaging my tranny from waiting too long.

Knowledgeable responses with relevant data are preferred. But internet oil-master wannabes with brash, unsupported generalizations are welcome as well.

I believe Mola recommended 30k is a good interval for changing fluid. Maybe he will chime in later.

Bobert and Undummy echo what we recommended, 30k without sampling, unless the tranny is used in racing or has gone through water. If the shift tower had water over it, then we recommended immeditate replacement of course.
