I only use ball point. The RollerBall and Gels smear as I'm a lefty. I just bought a PaperMate Plasma last week. I like is a lot so far. I also like Dr Grip.

When writing outside I like the Uniball Powertank retractable in black. No refills ANYWHERE, though.

For general writing I used to use Papermate, but now use Pilot again as the refills can be found most anywhere.
