Whats the difference?

Is there is a difference between WNE and WPP? I have heard they are the same company, but different divisions.

Same company, but they might be different packaging plants?
Most of the new bottles I've seen have WNE.

Here's the root of the confusion - there are THREE names: The Warren Unilube that make the Coastal brand is different from Warren PP and Warren NEbraska. WNE And WPP are same and IMO a better quality formulator/blender.
