I was in homeless depot waiting in the checkout line. A guy walked in with a cart, put his arm out and started scooping stuff into the cart as he walked down the isle. Strangely, it was mostly paint. But he did get a bunch of Milwaukee tools too. His cart was chock-a-block full.
Then he just walked out (without paying) pushing the cart to his car, completely unopposed. Security system blaring.
I asked the cashier if I needed to pay for my stuff

As the store clearly had a "no pay" policy

We laughed and with a big smile the cashier said in no uncertain terms, that I must pay for my goods.
I'm 100% sure those Milwaukee tools were sold "as new" on some website. The paint probably was enough to do his small house, er, ah, "discount tool sales warehouse".
