Whats the biggest Filter I can run

2003 Silverado 1500 4.3L V6
Stock filter is ac delco PF47
I have heard the PF52 will fit? Any other cross refs for the PF47 for larger filters?

Here is what I used on a GM 3.8L(2000 SSEI) to run a larger oil filter(changed the thread from M18 X 1.5 to 13/16-16 thread).

With a 13/16-16 thread you will have a greater choice of filters, some much bigger than the PF52 or PF47.
