Whats on your Christmas list?

Mine is to have an uneventful winter, with tolerable weather and no visits by The Grim Reaper. My favorite holiday is Easter, as it coincides with a return of decent amounts of daylight and warmer weather. This Spring, have a planned 4 week travel vacation and am looking forward to getting back into the Corvette drivers seat.
Ditto! Every thing you said. Well, except for the car thing! Because not only do I not have a Corvette. In a moment of weakness and depression, I let my last Chevelle leave the premises in 2019. Just moved out of the back yard shop before going onto the trailer.

Wife and I constantly buy things for one another during the year so we only do something small for each other focusing on friends and family.

The boys are getting knife blocks sets. Their current collection from who knows who, what, or where are useless garbage.
They didn't get the junk that have now from mom or I.

I spoil my sisters and nieces rotten.

I buy my exec staff a bottle of red and white from a prominent Paso Robles winery and a bottle of locally produced wildflower honey.

Wife and I sound a lot like you two. We buy each other things all the time. Then come holidays we say the same exact words we do not intend to follow "don't worry about getting anything for me!" :ROFLMAO: RIGHT. We been playing that little game over 45 years.

We do spoil everyone else around the holidays. Friends and family.
We do get fussed every time by both sons and their wives accusing us of spoiling the grandkids. I always say "that is one of the many things grandparents are for!" Then I remind them all the things we bought for them every time a new game or something they wanted came out and they begged for them. I have to remind them how few times they went without something they really wanted. What also helps is that both son's in-laws feel and do exactly the same as us. :)

I don't need anything. I hope people don't waste their money on me. But I do have a special gift for my better half.

The last Shoo Goo repair has finally let go on my beloved Ahnu hikers. And they are probably 20% Shoo Goo now anyway, so a new pair of hikers would be nice. That, and the bottom-less list of parts that will allow me to bubblegum patch the Dadwagon together and keep it going for a little while longer. I'll be really happy with an FCP Euro gift certificate in my stocking 😁.

Good evening folks

For me it’s a good cataract surgery in January and good health. And to get either a Honda HRV or Acura SUV. And to keep the Dakota alive long as I can. Whats on your Christmas list?

PS I’m getting Patman elf pajama pants since he needs some 🤣🤣
Well, I wanted an AEV snorkel for my Jeep Gladiator, but my wife has an allergy to Jeep parts. I then told her I wanted a cordless E-Go wet/dry vac to make it easier to detail the vehicles. She said, "You already have two shop vacs."

So I'm going to ask for a Visa gift card. Then I'll go buy whichever I want. LOL.

Clean up things my kids grew out of and give them away.

Winning divorce financial battle. At least thank God the custody part is easy and we are both in agreement.

Passing JPLT N5.

A great time in Osaka with my kids.

A new window motor and motor frame thingy for my 97 Integra, it doesn't want to move in the cold anymore.

Starting the legal process to sue a former friend who borrowed 15k from me for his first home's down pay, flipped it, then took the profit and move out of California and buy a new mansion with the gain, and never paid me back that 15k. I don't care, putting a lien on his new house even if it cost me money will make me feel awesome.

That's my list so far, I think I found out how spending money for lawyers to gain back some self worth is money well spent. I'm enjoying it so far.
