There's a post on here showing the pour points of a bunch of 75w-90 gear oils. Amsoil did alright but there were better ones for cold performance. https://bobistheoilguy.com/forums/threads/mega-75w90-testing-thread.378175/ If it gets even -10f all I'm doing is feeding the wood stove and coal furnace I ain't even trying to go anywhere.

He needs tranny/transaxle oil NOT gear oil (plus Motul seems like the only GEAR oil a bit thinner when cold, but compromises)
