Looking for opinions on what oils to stock. I have the following...
Honda EB3000c used for 8 to 24hrs but only 50hrs a year
Honda EU2000i used about the same
Honda EG5000 used 8 to 10 hrs a day 300hrs yr
Honda VTX1300c 2004 2500 to 5000 mi mixed driving 50F+
Honda Accord 2003 2.4 vtec many short trips app 7k yr
Polaris Ranger 2003 500...short trips 1 to 10 min 80hrs yr
Chrysler 300c 2005 5.7 20k per year mixed driving.
Ford Excursion 2005 6.8 15k per year w 5k towing
Ford Explorer awd 2000 5.0 8K per year mixed driving
Dodge Neon SXT 2005 10k per year mixed driving
Dodge Ram 2500 1999 5.9 gas 5k per year towing mpstly
Kohler cv23 1999 70hrs a year mowing and about 10 on a snow blower.
Several tractors from the 40s to the 60s maybe 10 to 20 hrs in fair weather.
So I am thinking that all cars from the 2003 Honda and newer use 5w20 and everything else could use HDEO 10-30.
I am open to suggestions...and am only considering the 10-30 because of what I learned here.

I think u need a full time maintenance person and do worry about it.IMHO> lol, u do have a lot of toys. 10w30 works for me.

Eh, I think you need at least one more car.

I go along with the above AND.......

For a conventional oil go with Pennzoil 5w30

For a synthetic go with Mobil 1 5w30

Or, just go buy several 5 gallon buckets of some type of cheap oil and start pumping your heart out.

You do at least have a maintenance log for all these engines, right?

Thanks for all replies I forgot to add a 2008 Prius that along with the Accord are my Mom and step Dads. The Excursion is my Dads. My son and daughter have a pair of 05 Neons.
Yes on the maintenance log of sorts.
I don't use SOPUS products, even though they have some good products, and prefer Chevron and have used some 5w20 synthetic from NAPA when on sale as well as M 1 in the newer stuff.
Is there a comparison of 5w20 oils?
How would M 1 0w20 be year round in all of the 2003 and newer vehicles? It seems it is pretty stout for extended oil drain interval.
I will use 5w40 Delo or T6 in the bike and the Ranger.
Same with the HDEO 10-30 Delo, Rotella, or Delvac.
Thanks again everybody.
