Well I'm only 19 so far but I'm getting the list going:
1) 1994 Chevy Camaro Z28
2) 1991 BMW 318is with `95 M3 motor swap
3) 1995 BMW 318ti
4) 1993 BMW 325is (present)
 
First car given to me by my Father, did not run.

(68 Chevy Impala) 2 door fastback, with 6cyl/Powerglide. Changed out to 327/TH400
(83 Ford LTD) 2.3 4cyl automatic
(98 Ford Taurus) (Best car I have owned)

These two were in my name, but did not own them long.
(91 Plymouth Voyager) bought replaced trans & gave to parents.

(96 Merc Sable wagon) bought and sold 8mths later.

Wierd thing is the three cars are all 15 years apart. So that means my next car will have to be purchased in the year 2013. A trend I guess?

I am 44 and have some catching up to do with some of you guys!

Each one has a great memory attached.. I have lived a full life.


The Cav,and Villager became my daily drivers for work at 100,000 miles. They both ran to over 200,000 on 3k conventional changes. The Sunfire was new, went to 186,000. The Focus is current, and is at 100,000.

240D manual,extremely frugal and reliable,stayed with me all through college days,undergrad and grad,Trans AM GTA W56 with B&W 4 stick,had to get rid of it quickly as it was bug ridden,VW Golf GTi 16v,six months,too many problems,had to get rid ot it,stepped up to Mazda Protege' 1.8LX,truly a wolf in sheep's clothing,also very reliable,lasted for 160,000 trouble free miles with M-I in engine and tranny,stepped up to Honda Accord V6,still running strong after 500,000+ miles and also currently own Indian made G clone called Gurkha and Nissan Patrol.

I was at the Cincinnati car show last month and started talking to another old guy who was also looking at smaller cars and we started comparing experiences. Interesting how different our experiences were. He only drove automatics as he had some kind of problem with his left leg, he would never buy another GM or Ford product, drives a Neon and finds it comfortable. I have never owned GM, had some good experiences with Ford, won't buy automatics if it can be avoided, and had terrible experiences with Chrysler....
