What to do with some extra Auto-RX?

Howdy folks. In the spring I ordered 4 bottles of Auto-RX. Used one in our '00 Civic, and one in our '92 Saturn. Had planned to use another bottle in the Saturn, but that car met an unfortunate demise before I got the chance. So, I've got 2 full bottles and a quart of Pennzoil 5w30 that's got about 2 oz of ARX in it.

The Civic has ~104k miles. Had dino every 3-4k for it's first 95k, then the Auto-RX, now it gets Mobil 1 every 5-6k. Other car is an '03 Saab 9-5 Aero, gets Mobil 1 every 5k. It's coming up on it's 25k change. Last is a motorcycle, Suzuki GS500 that gets 1 change/year with Mobil 1.

I'm figurin both the Civic and Saab should be squeaky clean. The bike's only got 10,500 miles on it.

So, what to do with the Auto-RX? Just do the maintenance dose in all 3 vehicles?

Do a Auto-RX treatment on the bike and let us know how it works. Thats enough miles to glean a little cleaning benefit for the rings.
You may need to wear insulated leathers ! Even in Memphis.

I second running it through the bike. I will be running 10 oz through my ZX-6e in a few days.

You could run it in your transmissions if you wanted to. There's always a use for extra Auto-Rx!

Sounds like the bike is the consensus. I don't ride in the winter (DC area) and the bike is disassembled right now for some carb and valve work. So this project will have to wait until spring.

I ride 2,500-3,000 miles per season. The bike got a change with Mobil 1 just a few hundred miles ago. So I guess when spring rolls around I'll add the Auto-RX (I don't think it'll need a new filter), run it 1,000, then switch to dino for the rinse. Any tips on a good dino to use? Maybe the Rotella, is it 15w40?

The Civic had it's transmission (5 speed) serviced ~10k miles ago. The Saab (also a 5 speed) supposedly doesn't require transmission fluid replacement, but I'm gonna do 'em every 50k myself. So I'll wait until 50k for the Saab and 150k for the Civic to do them.

Any thoughts on the 2 oz maintenance dose? Good idea, or unnecessary since the cars see Mobil 1 every 5k?

One of the big names said that the Rotella T 5-40 was good for the flush, and Frank said that either the Delo 15-40 or Rotella 15-40 was okay for both parts. I will be using Delo for both, because it is half the price of Rotella.
