What is your EDC Pistol?

Sig P365 XL with the Sig Romeo reflex sight
Same but with a Holosun.

It started as an X but after a couple years, I wished I bought an XL. Found a guy on reddit that wanted to the opposite - he bought an XL and wanted an X. He was selling the slide and barrel for only $160. A new slide is $350 and barrel is $180 !

G43 or G34 or G20....
Wait - 20??

I have carried my 20 when hunting* - but it sure isn’t concealed or EDC - because that is a big brick of a Glock.

*220 g Buffalo Bore hard cast. Great penetration. Good for large game. For defense against smaller, thinner skinned predators, I would carry the Buffalo Bore 180 g hollow points.

She is quite a beauty, isn’t she? It’s the third bowl of porridge 😃
A friend of mine, who is new to shooting, liked it so much that she got one. It’s a great balance of size, capacity, and controllability. The red dot is something I am still not 100% sold on, but for a new shooter, the red dot is a game changer.

I'm a cheapskate, but do need reliability and dependability from my weapons. Thankfully Taurus provides exactly that.

20rd G3XL for home defense, and 12rd G3c for EDC.

2 pistols, 2 (20rd) mags, 5 (12rd) mags, and still under $500. All magazines are interchangeable between pistols, and both also run & cycle SIG P226 magazines reliably as a bonus.

Depends on what I'm wearing:

If just a single layer, Ruger ECP.

If more than one layer and/or a light jacket, S&W M&P 9 Shield Plus.

no issues carrying it. Heck I have a good buddy/former co-worker who carries his full size 911 concealed and he is about 145lbs and nobody would ever detect it...I have my G20 and most would not detect it...when I am in griz country I carry it loaded with these slugs..

no problem carrying it. Sure not when i am wearing a speedo but in a normal shirt most can’t detect it. I have a buddy/co-worker who weighs about 145 lbs who carries a full size 1911 in his waistband and nobody can detect it. In Griz country i carry these lead chunks

Gen 1 hammer fired LC9

I may be the only person on Earth who likes them.

It feels good in my hand, it hides extremely well, and I generally can hit what I intend to hit with it.

I've got so many rounds through it that I hate to give it up but the CSX-E has really been on my mind lately. I liked the original CSX but didn't buy one because I just didn't want to give up ole faithful. But man, I like the thought of going to a itty bitty 1911ish 9.

Usually Glock 43x MOS with no light or optic.

Just went back to Walther PPS old style with trigger guard paddle release for mag.

Seems backwards since it’s winter but I’m pocket carrying it due to location and clothing.
