What is this junk yard pen and will it come off?

Looking for a hood for my rebuild. This one is the right color.

But What is this blue pen? Will it come off? I know most of these yards assume your painting the panels?

My parts had yellow like that and I think alcohol took it off.

I'd start with something mild like WD-40. If that didn't work then something like zippo lighter fluid or rubbing alcohol. Be careful with stronger stuff like acetone and don't rub it in too hard. Wash it off right away.

My son's Santa Fe had that on it when he bought it. A little bit of alcohol on a soft cloth took it right off. Washed / wax right afterwards.

Acetone worked well on this project car, right around the 17 minute mark.

Fine polish would work. I wouldn't use anything with aggressive abrasives just because the clear is old and thin now.

Gasoline will probably do it too. Follow up with dawn dish soap and water. I've gotten lots of "goo" like sticker residue this way.
