As i know there is no "best" oil

I am from Egypt, we have strange thinks about oil !!

Here they define oil as 1000km, 5000km and 10000km oil
and we don't spend all these KMs, all the time I drain my oil after 2500 km only.

So i think all of this thinks is wrong and I need your help

My car is 2005 Lancer
My engine code is 4g13

1- 2005 Lancer
2- Manual User says I can use SAE 0w-30, 5w-30, 5w-40 only if they certified by ACEA A3/B3, A3/B4 or A5/b5 or API SG "and upper".
3- I am from Egypt
4- My drive is mainly fast >> 120-140 km/hour
5- Long trips as 300km/day
6- no problems with my car

here they advice me to use 15w-40 as my car is old and spent 180k kms
I use it it's not bad, but I need to change it every 2500 kms which is very noisy

I change to 5w-40, I notice better change with car torque and better driving

Now, i really don't know what is the better for me

So please help me

Shell makes very good oil.

What ever oil you go with, you can safely use it for longer than 2,500 km. Here in the USA, it's a bit of a joke that the companies that do oil changes tell you to change your oil ever 3,000 miles (~5,000km), but everything shows that oil can go longer than that. So unless you have specific reason for doing oil changes so often, you can probably extend it out to changing your oil every 5,000km without any problems.

to translate for us 'mericans, who don't know kilometers, see my additions in blue

Try any oil with the GM "dexos1" certification, as its a higher, better peformance level than what your owner's manual suggests. That dexos1 standard means the oil has less volatility, better wear performance, less foaming than what the basic SN/GF-5 and ACEA specs call for.

only reason i can see to changing oil that often(2500km/1500mi), would be "excessive" sand/dirt inhalation, like if you installed a high flow "performance" type air filter (K&N for example)either drop in, or a pod filter.
they Flow More air, but don't filter as well. and can lead to increased silicon levels in a UOA .
is the car running the factory air intake/filter? or a Cold air intake, or other aftermarket intake?

Definite no - that's a low SAPs oil and they got high sulfur gas.
