What is Polyolefin Phenolic Amine?

It's an ingredient of Valvoline SynPower "Super Concentrated" Fuel Injector Cleaner. Curious if it is some super wonderful ingredient that makes this product highly desireable, or what?

don't jnow that one but most fuel additives use this polyamine

It is in this list (about 10 up from the bottom) as a lube oil additive.

Amines are excellent cleaners of polymer coatings and polymer crud. Just another amine form of attack. Most all fuel additives contain a variety of amines.

Seems there have been threads talking about the better FI cleaners having "poly amine esther." So I was wondering if "polyolefin phenolic amine" is as good.
