This tire is not mine, but was there when my truck was getting worked on. What happened to it?

It sat on that spot for a long time while there was no air in the tire.
Looks like it's flat, someone took it off the truck and leaned it against the wall.
Once that thing is aired up it will have a nice rumble to it for a while.
It was parked flat for some time.
The air leaked out of it. But don't worry...it's only flat on one side...

It's flat!
It has 2 problems .... it used to be flat on the bottom and not it's flat on the side.
