What grease for a sqeeking garage door??

I believe the horrible sound coming from the garage door is coming from the track where the wheels roll up and down.. I tried spray lubricates with no luck, Im guessing the proper grease would do the job. Being a newer home owner, and never previously having a garage, what kind of grease should I buy to quiet down this door? Thanks for the suggestions

Try white lithium, It comes in a spray can and works great for that.

Garage door Grease from Ace hardware. Comes in a tube. Spray is ok but the good stuff is in a squeezeable tube.

Used motor oil. It will never squeek again.

you may want to check the wheels that run in the track. They do need to be replaced at times.
