What do you think of BG44K?

It sure is popular in my area and many people swear it works good. Price is the downside. I picked up a bottle today for $19.95 at the Chevy dealer. Anybody care to chime in on this stuff?

It used to be a very potent fuel injector cleaner, but a few years ago they quietly stripped it of its most potent ingredient{PEA}Poly ether Amine.....now it is basically useless......check the MSDS sheets to see for yourself.

If that is the case then I will stick with Amsoil PI or Redline Fuel System Cleaner, which one does a better job.

Have used 44k twice in my scion tC. Once it felt a little cleaner running, other time the same but I also changed my plugs so that could have contributed also.

No way, sir. Reading ingredients can lead to false conclusions about performance.

I used the newer version that you discredited and it cleaned the carbon off of my VW's piston tops almost completely.
