It’s pretty well known that nascar teams mostly use wix oil filters or k&n, but what do they use for spark plugs? Champion? Autolite?

Whatever the respective engine builder puts in when its built.
Maybe whatever delivers the highest performance for a short duration and not necessarily designed for an average driver. Just a guess!
iirc, they use thinnest oil possible ... thin enough or I should say thick enough for the engine to survive the race. Again not the best idea for average driver.

Supposedly these Bosch Motorsport ones are popular in V8 Supercars.
