What do I have here? 5 gallons

I have a pail that is new and never opened. And I can’t read all the label. I’ll post some pictures to see if anyone can tell me what this is?
It is a Shell product. What I can read is a number 65605 and Oil 68 Don’t know if this is the right place to post the question?

it does appear to maybe used for a hydraulic elevator this is similar to what we used in our (multiple) hydro elevators, did you find it in a building machine room for a elevator?
