Oh cool didn’t realize it had hex and torx bits that is great. Be sure after some use we get a review on them so the people of BITOG will know how Hart tools are.

They probably suck, it's Walmart. But that doesn't even matter. They just have to work.

I'll take a picture of my ~$200 set soon. Die Hard 3 (With A Vengeance) is on. :)

Lol back in the 90s and early 2000s their tools didn’t suck lol 😂 they were made in Taiwan and very good I’m still using them today. Branded Popular Mechanics or PM for short. I’m curious are these China or Taiwan made? I’m sure they’re decent anyway.

Well if they don't suck that's good too.

My awesome ones.. show ya in an hour or two.

Okay great movie.

Here is my expensive set.

As much as I love these, I do not like the form factor of the container. That said.. I have it for indefinite.

Couldn't pass up Black Fridays deals, so I splurged to upgrade the 5.0. Bilstein B6s and Steeda progressive lowering springs, Steeda camber plates, Project6gr 7 spoke wheels and a couple small rear IRS parts. The amount that I saved got me a free wheel and change towards the rest and I wouldn't see this discount again until Black Friday...probably. I can sell the replaced parts to offset my expense even more. Still gotta get tires, though...

I already have all the socket sets, impacts & drivers and hand tools I need....My daughter got me the perfect accessory: grypmats. For reference, there is nothing other than the sticky (silicone?) holding the mats to the vertical surface of the refrigerator door...and that's a favorite Craftsman Professional [Made in USA] 1X3" screwdriver on top and a couple 10mm nuts in there. I will probably use these every time I go under a hood to store small whatever I have loose. Because nobody ever drops small parts, right? If anyone is interested: https://www.grypmat.com/collections/green

I’ve been seeing ads for those on Facebook - are they as cracked up as they are?

I'm really not sure what you mean. Obviously, I haven't had them long enough to give you an in-depth review; and I certainly wouldn't call them a necessity, but maybe nice to have. How many times have you dropped/lost something small when wrenching, then HAD to retrieve it with a flashlight/magnet? I think they'll be pretty handy. ;)

SATA 120 Tooth ratchet set (Gearwrench 120xp Rebrand), Tekton 1/2 torque wrench, oil spill mat, @OIL_UDDER and a Nissan GTR Lego Set. The rest was all food related. We don't usually do too much for ourselves and focus on the kids anyway.

I wouldn't worry too much about the WM Hart tools. As long as you keep the ratchets oiled/greased and don't use them as breaker bars they will still last quite a long time. "Cheap" tools now a days are a lot different than the pot metal cheap tools of the 70s/80s.
