Not sure how a delay circuit would have any effect on after fire since the ignition is OFF.

I saw mention of it on another board and was wondering the same thing. I'm not sure if it's a fuel cutoff delay, ignition delay or what. It might have been more "internet wisdom" too. But in the case of the post I saw, it had failed causing the tractor to stop running...
