Only if you remove the y-pipe yourself. We don't know how to work on rusty cars out here! When our odyssey needs the reseal can we come visit? Road trip!
Just curious if your department bills for responses. What bill?
Gotcha, no ours does not unless it's an extreme situation requiring a ton of foam or something like that. We are a fire protection district and are funded by a portion of property tax revenue rather than being membership based. It's kind of the best of both worlds guaranteeing a steady/predictable income every year that is enough to fund the department operations while not needing any full time staff. I feel for the membership based departments that have to operate on a few thousand dollars a year in membership dues and hoping to receive payment from non-members when something happens.Just curious if your department bills for responses.
Reboxed, Beck-Arnley cabin filters for the above. Filters manufactured by BNX TruFilter in Houston, TX. Hopefully these will fit the filter frame. ~$20/ea. Yeah, I forgot about the 5% discount. I need to up my game, especially when it covers part of the shipping costs.Oil and filter change on the Highlander. My first time working under the hood, so in true Toyota fashion, I had a pile of tools out when I was finished.
Out:
In:
- OEM oil filter element
- GTMO 0W-20 (OCI 5,546 mi)
I tried replacing the cabin filter, but the Denso 454-5057 woudn't fit into the filter frame. "First Time Fit"....sure, what ever you say.
- Denso 150-3021 oil filter element (odd that Denso no longer shows this filter by application or part number).
- Idemitsu IFG-3, 0W-20 (6qt)
Edit: There's a clip attached to the oil filter housing. What is it's function? No reference in the FSM. P/N 15679-31050
