Last one I did did NOT want to release at the "carrier bearing." I have the right angle fork thing for a slide hammer but that was marginal. I think it was clinebarger who said weld a nut to it for the slide hammer threads, which I'd like to try next time.Man, did I do a lot of Rogue axles. It's always the passenger side, too. I firmly believe it's due to the high joint angle on that side.
Tire dressing?
See? You have a life. If you had applied tire dressing to the spare, then we could question whether or not you have a life!!!Nah, it's just the fresh rubber basically. Just used a degreaser to scrub the tire and it naturally was that shiny.

I have PowerStops on everything. I really like their products.I finally replaced the front brakes on my '15 Accord today due to horrendous brake judder.
I had installed PowerStop coated rotors and Raybestos Element3 pads front and rear less than two years and 15k miles ago. I bedded them in correctly and they had great stopping power and feel, but they slowly started feeling kinda 'lumpy' when braking and it got progressively worse to the point that I really hated driving the car.
The old rotors are perfectly smooth to the touch and the pads had way more than half of their life left so it was a bit of a shame to replace the brakes already, but I couldn't stand the judder anymore. I replaced them with another pair of PowerStop coated rotors but used PowerStop Z17 ceramic pads since I get them all together in a kit from Amazon. Everything came off and went back on fine and the judder is thankfully gone.
Nice! I'd plonk my camper on that in a New York second. Maybe take a pack of wet wipes to the interior.Cool one today: 2002 Silverado 4x4 with the Duramax and manual transmission. Love it! 85k miles but she's a farm truck so she's a little rough. View attachment 273616
I'm supposed to change oil, rotate tires, check on a sticky parking brake, diag wipers that only work on high and replace scrunched tailgate hinge.
“I’m from the government and here to help you!”I just e-filed my Federal taxes. Feeling kind of violated and abused.
