Bendix CQ Ceramic's would be very good for your car..

what toyota is it? the bendix site is very helpful.. however finding it could be the problem.

they also make a metallic quite known as the IQ (import quiet).

Personally I'd go for the metallic if it's offered.. better heat management.

Why don't you just go with the Beck/Arnley OE pads on rockauto? They cost less than even some of the aftermarkets.

Better isn't necessarily better across the board except possibly at the very lowest end of the spectrum. What manner of driving is most typical here? Please rate the following for how important they are to you. It might help people give a more specific answer to your question.

-better stopping at low temperatures
-better stopping at high temperatures
-longer pad life
-less rotor wear
-less noise
-less dust (or less noticable)
-lower cost

They offer some nice choices.

I have the CT-3 on my Sonata. I like them. They have just under 20k miles on them now.

For my car, the choices are (cheapest to most expensive):
Bendix Global, Bendix CQ, Bendix CT-3

I will say, I overheated them during break in and glazed them. They didn't stop great until I wore through the glaze.

I'd definitely buy them again, but I would go easy on the break in.

Here are pics I posted when I installed them.
