Picked up a new Malibu today, the dealer worked hard to get me a good price on it. I liked the Mazda 3. A lot. But I stuck with GM because I get a fat GM employee discount (thanks Mom!)and the Malibu is a decent car for the price I paid. So I'm happy.
Not a bad car at all. My mom had a 2011 before she got her Fit and it got very good gas mileage on the highway and came with a lot of features on the standard LT model that one probably wouldn't expect. Looked nice, too. If getting a new car, I'd still consider a GM since I, too, get the employee discount as she retired from GM.
