Wonder why we cannot get info anymore re Pennzoil and other Shell products??

So open re this website just a few months ago and now not so open. IMHO

I will go slow. If you go to the website re Shell products or have someone help you do that, you will see current info is not available, so I am asking W H Y ?

Ok now that I am done watching ST Johns beat 4th ranked Pitt. I will try from another angle: If you go to Pennzoil web site to look up PYB and the new SN info the site is unavailable W H Y may I ask??? anyone/// anyone??? Been that way for months. The Shell Techinal Portal is loaded with it seems SM info or am I not seeing it //???
