Any WeatherReady endusers out there?
Are the sidewalls marked with an outside/inside label or rotation directional arrows?
Please submit a pic, it would be helpful.
My tires are at the independent dealer and he is closed.

The link that I posted of the tire rack photo, when brought in close up, shows the word "OUTSIDE" in the same similar area of the tire below Mercury's winged foot.

But, the end result is the same. Each photo or tire size may have it written differently.

Were you able to see it in the link I posted?...I had to look hard!

What size tires and what vehicle are you putting them on?

I've got a set on my Pontiac G5 now since spring. It's a very good tire; but I've lost 3 MPG. If they knock my socks off this winter; I'll consider it a fair trade-off.

@CB Thanks! I saw the wording in ur pic but I found a better one. I need it for the wife so she can verify the installation. The size is 215/55/17 Will keep u posted on its performance. Thanks again!

I'm considering
Continental True Contact TOUR or
Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season PLUS.
I really want to stay with the quieter tires. Currently have OE Michelin Primacy MXV4
 
Rant: Why in the world do tire manufacturers make asymmetrical tires whose asymmetry is of no consequence. My take of the tread pattern of the Goodyear WeatherReady is that they could have done this pattern WITHOUT the Inside/Outside thing wit the same performance levels. /end rant

(OK, I know why - people will buy this because they don't know any better!)
 
Wife & I were taking a walk after dinner and noticed a neighbor has a new set on her Escape. I'll have to ask her how she likes'em. They surely look good on the Scape!

Please do ask. Some complain about WeatherReady's tire road noise as significant.

On Wednesday, wife's 09 Lexus ES350 is changing over from the Michelin LTX to WeatheReady with new Rockauto Denso TPMS sensors and Hunter Force balancing.
Since she is dropping the car off at the independent garage, I did not miss an opportunity to 'mansplain' the location & concept of wheel locks and WeatherRead's asymmetry. lol I made her a check list and reviewed together the above sidewall photo. Hopefully no hiccups.

I will certainly ask our neighbor as time wears on due to the tires being new and probably quiet for now.

Aren't the Michelin LTX an SUV tire?
Did your ES350 come with the same Primacy MXV4's(215-55-17) that my Altima came with?

U are correct the LTX are for a SUV. I need to check when I get home.

The DOT date is 1915 and her Lexus 2009 has only 48K miles. We bought it used in July 2017 from her friend.
Probably the 2nd set and I don't know what was the OEM tire.

Your MPG loss is probably due to some other factor, not the tires. Tire Rack did tests ( https://www.tirerack.com/tires/tests/TireTestServlet?tireMakeModel=Goodyear_Assurance+WeatherReady ) of WeatherReady on 3 different occasions, comparing it with a total of 9 other tires in its category. WeatherReady beat 6 of those tires, and almost tied with the remaining 3, in rolling resistance.

If you previously were running Ecopias or Michelin Energy Savers, you might have lost, at most, 1.5 MPG, since it is very rare for any tire differences to be greater than 5% in rolling resistance.

Ah yes!
Someone likes Michelin tires. I like Michelin tires too however, I have only had them when they came on the vehicle, I have never purchased them aftermarket. I've become sort of a Pirelli guy.

I bought this car brand new and know it inside & out. It's always achieved 30 MPG through four different sets of tires. As soon as I slapped the GYWRs on, bam! - mileage went down & has not recovered. Ultimately, TireRack is in business to sell tires, not test them.
