FEBRUARY 17--A 14-year-old Wisconsin girl who refused to stop texting during a high school math class was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, according to police.

Because you can't discipline kids in public school these days or you'll get sued.

My mom had a kindergartner threaten to kill her and he punched her and was afraid to do anything about it. Kid was finally suspended.

That's one of the reasons we're producing generations of bullies and people who have no respect for one another. We can't discipline them.

Back in the day if you got in trouble, you'd get your butt whipped.
