So my in radiator cooler blew. It had no antifreeze in it. Just water. My transmission fluid is whitish pink. Do I have to flush it again or is there a way to get the water out? Is my transmission going to survive?

I would do a couple quick flushes with a single warmup drive in between
Is there an inline filter? That could act as an oil/water separator?

I agree with above posts, flush the transmission immediately then drive around the block and repeat 2-3 times to rid of all water.

It will cost you some pennies, but it's much cheaper than rebuild.

+1. Don't drive it until you do this. After the rad is replaced, I would try to do a transmission cooler line flush if your vehicle is designed to permit a cooler line flush.

What make and model vehicle?

What year?

I set up a remote transmission cooler, (bypassing the radiator with a spin on filter mount before the remote ATF cooler), for just this reason. When the radiator cooler goes......and you get a mix of ATF/Anti-freeze....it's good night Maureen for the transmission.

OP has the Stratus that he overheated and got so hot the oil fill cap melted and the paint on the hood peeled. He also has the two Hondas that don't run, and was moving 500 miles away and planned on towing one of the Hondas with the Stratus.

I am sure I missed a few other unique situations the OP has been in which is why I have popcorn in front of me as I watch this play out.

I've so missed Avery4's nonsense.

Surprised it took this long to bring up a transmission issue.
Honestly though, I'm a little disappointed.
This one lacks imagination.

its spelled cynic

Flush it and drive it until it lets go. The clutches are already toast, no matter how many times you flush it.
Source another transmission, change the radiator and flush the lines with a dedicated flushing product. Install it before the snow flies.
