If you are able to wash your car, you can use a spray wax like Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions, or the Griot's Garage Ceramic Speed Shine. I'd use one of these products,
I've had very good luck with wash and wax combos. The one that did not work well for me is the Ceramic wash n coat, from Griots. That just leaves a streaky mess, despite my best efforts. Maybe if I dilute it first, then dilute it again with a foam sprayer, it might be better. Unsure.
I would get a someone you trust to get the car prepped and ceramic coated.
Then you can just use a spray foam setup and a hose... This is one of my favorite things about having a ceramic coating on my cars, spray foam, rinse, done!
Another gtechniq shill from me: gtechniq ceramic wash. It doesn’t foam like normal washes, but leaves a nice ceramic coat when you’re done. It doesn’t last like the spray on/hand applied variants would, but it’s better than nothing!
They work, I use the Meguiars yellow one. 2 of my 3 cars haven’t been waxed before winter rains and when wet there wasn’t any beading. After 1 go of the wash & wax they showed water beading! Some people may argue that beading is not an indication of wax… bla bla bla… good enough proof for me.
I got a foam gun that fits onto a hose - makes car cleaning very easy, I’ll post a photo. Bought it from Aldi stores, Australia. Hope you are able to get similar where you are.
Like others, I recommend a spray on wax. Find one that goes on while the car is wet and applied as you dry. It may look streaked, but another wash will get rid of the streaks.
