Warm engine tick, 2003 3.0 Duratec V-6

Just to follow up on this, I found this on the Escape city site:

I'm not sure how 'serious' this problem is....I changed the oil July 8 with Valvoline 5W-20, and 2/3 quart of Fram OT, and the noise/frequency has not changed a bit - when the engine is warm, it ticks.

I honestly don't have the time to deal with this right now, so I'm just going to leave it - engine runs perfectly fine, have not had any issues or hiccups at all. I'm just going to keep the oil changed with a quality 20-weight, or 0W-30, and hope it stays a non-issue.
