However, the "Change Settings" button does not show up in the properties of these devices, and that's where the Power Management options reside.
It is not an issue with the driver. I have the same keyboard on my home PC using the same W7 driver, and there the "Change Settings" tab shows up normally. The only difference is that this Dell notebook has W7 prof and my home PC has W7 Home Premium.
Is it possible that the system administrator has prevented me from having access to this option? What else could it be? Is there some alternate way to enable the feature through modifying the registry?
