W202 High Speed Stability

Hi. I was interested in Mercedes C Class w202 recently. It is very reliable car. and spare parts are cheap.
But i got too many negative feedback about its stability from the w202 owners in my country. As far as i understood, due to weight distribution or may be bad design, its rear wheels can't have proper grip at high speed, especially in slightly uneven and/or wet roads.
i made some google research. there is almost no complain about that.
Anyone experienced stability issue with this model?

What is considered high speed in Azerbaijan?

The two I drove (200d and 250d) could have discutable rear stability on Brittany's wet and tortuous roads, with average/bad tires at unknown pressure.
Get good tires and you should be fine.
