The Mobil 1 M1-104A ($12 ) I purchased at Walmart has the holes for the center tube and built in bypass valve . Also has silicon A.D.V. and came with a plastic cover over the base . Very P.G. like . i think this filter may be available at A.A.P. , may want to look inside to see if louvers or holes . A.A.P. has this Mobil 1 as a filter of choice with the oil / filter package . The Mobil 1 is less expensive with the A.A.P. bundle . $18.99 for 104A w/o the bundle .
