I don't . But wouldn't power being at the compressor prove that the relay is good?

Sure that's the whole thread, diagnosing if it has power. If it has power to the clutch chances are the electrical side of the deal is probably fine. Does the compressor turn (clutch on) at idle when set to A/C?

The clutch on this compressor is always engaged so you don't have the audible on or off that you have with a lot of compressors however usually when you turn the AC on it doesn't come on until you've revved up the car for several seconds and patiently wait a few more seconds for it to kick in. Everything I've read this is the solenoid on the compressor most likely. Even when the AC wasn't working compressor at power

Ok, it uses a variable displacement compressor, I thought that was later than yours. This may help you testing it.
